HU2.0 is a response to the housing needs of modern cities. While entering adulthood young people are facing problems such as taking loan for their home, popular solution is buying one in the suburbs.  Meanwhile our citycenters are full of small "lost spaces" in urban landscape.

Proposed object provides a comfortable apartment space for two people. The arrangement of the interior allows the simultaneous use of at least two functions of the interior (watchong TV and working, cooking and sleeping, etc.)

It is provided with  air conditioner for constant air exchange. There are an additional sliding door to improve thermal comfort in the winter. Thanks to its way of closing it does not interfere with the use of the object in the summer.

Building’s construction is based on a steel frame filled with mineral wool. This solution reduces the wall thickness and the weight of the entire facility.
